Operations Professional

Summary

The Operations Professional supports back of house store operations, ensuring exceptional client service, accurate order fulfillment, inventory control and merchandise care. This role partners with sales professionals, management and corporate teams to drive store sales and deliver the brand experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment processes.
• Clean and handle jewelry and process repairs and transfers.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports.
• Report inventory discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence related to orders and services.
• Capture client data during interactions to support sales and client cultivation.
• Partner with sales professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities.
• Execute daily operational tasks following company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on process changes to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized and detail oriented with flexibility to perform varied tasks.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred college or university degree.
• Preferred gemological training or GIA coursework.
