Summary
Provide back of house operational leadership in a retail store, supporting order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, client service activities, and acting as key holder and manager on duty when needed. Deliver exceptional client experiences while partnering with store leadership to drive sales and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment
- Manage inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Coordinate merchandise transfers and jewelry repairs and perform cleaning of jewelry and merchandise
- Act as key holder and manager on duty, opening and closing store as required
- Partner with sales team and management to support store sales goals and client service activities
- Collect customer data to cultivate relationships and drive business through product pillars
- Support operational efficiency initiatives and provide feedback on process improvements
- Mentor team members and assist management in coordinating work when acting as manager on duty
Requirements
- 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail oriented
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
