Operations Professional

Summary

The Operations Professional supports back-of-house store operations, driving order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and client service. This role partners with client advisors, management, and corporate teams to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to store sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Complete order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and transferring merchandise.
• Clean and handle jewelry, accept repairs, and prepare merchandise following company procedures.
• Supervise and reconcile inventory using reports and systems and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Communicate with client advisors and management to respond to product, service, repair, shipping, and inventory requests and follow up as needed.
• Support store sales targets by assisting with client interactions, collecting client data, and partnering to generate sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Organized, flexible, and able to perform varied tasks based on day-to-day business needs; college degree preferred.
