Operations Specialist - Caesars Men's

As an Operations Specialist at Louis Vuitton Caesars Men's in Las Vegas, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, assisting the Store Manager in leading and mentoring the team. You will ensure the highest level of Client experience through strong operational support and represent the Brand values towards Clients and team members.

• Support training on all operational procedures and communication systems.
• Encourage collaboration within the team and managers to build a positive work environment.
• Ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise.
• Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including communication, troubleshooting, and delivery support.
• Facilitate flow of repairs with the Client Care team to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
• Handle inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently and securely.
• Guide and train store teams on process and company compliance directives.
• Assist with maintenance of the store facility and organization of all back of house areas.
• Act as on-site technological support.

• 3+ years of operational experience in a retail setting.
• Strong operational and commercial mindset.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in handling inventory and shipping/receiving processes.
