Operations Supervisor - Madison Avenue Flagship

As an Operations Supervisor at Bottega Veneta's Madison Avenue Flagship, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will be responsible for overseeing merchandise deliveries, maintaining stock room standards, and supporting the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.

• Ensure accurate merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities with documentation.
• Support management and sales staff with stock checks and quick delivery to the sales floor.
• Maintain organized stock room standards by style, color, and size.
• Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
• Ensure proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
• Maximize stock space for efficient store functionality.
• Communicate with management and sales team about new arrivals and product replenishment.
• Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
• Train new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
• Supervise payment procedures and manage cashier activities.
• Handle administration activities such as petty cash and bank deposits.
• Ensure boutique operations are efficient and manage non-merchandise supplies.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Operations Office for maintenance and operations procedures.
• Monitor after-sales, before-sales, and product returns processes.
• Manage BV staff clothing allowance cases.

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail stock room environment.
• Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and professional team player.
• High level of accountability and reliability.
• Basic computer skills, Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
