Operations Supervisor - Toronto Premium Outlet

Summary

The Operations Supervisor supports the General Manager in maintaining efficient store operations at the Toronto Premium Outlet. The role oversees stockroom organization, inventory processes, shipping and receiving, and operational support for the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor stock, communicate stock and quality issues, and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Complete shipping, receiving, customer shipments, consolidations, transfers, and stock movement records.
• Support physical inventory, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and monthly damage processing.
• Assist with store opening and closing tasks, POS closeout, end-of-day reporting, and finance packs.
• Support sales associates with stock requests, cash wrap assistance, and client-facing repairs as needed.
• Monitor store supply levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a retail back-of-house environment; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships with store and corporate colleagues.
• Computer skills, including retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
