Operations Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate supports day to day retail store operations including receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining stock room organization, executing inventory scans, and assisting the sales floor as needed. This primarily non selling role helps ensure accurate inventory levels and store presentation while supporting customer service when on the sales floor. The position may be offered full time or part time depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and complete receiving tasks meeting units per hour goals
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper tagging and sensor placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and perform ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Process retickets and create tags
• Support Brand Ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions when on the sales floor
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Comfort working on the sales floor and in the stock room
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and maneuver in store environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing and working around chemicals
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
