Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, processing, and stocking of merchandise in an outlet environment to support an elevated customer experience. Ensure accurate inventory tracking, maintain organized stockroom and sales floor presentation, and follow safety procedures while handling product and assisting with customer pickups. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting to move merchandise from delivery to placement efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with vehicle loading
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Move product between stockroom and sales floor as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
