Summary
Perform hands-on receiving, handling, and stocking of merchandise in the outlet, ensuring inventory is processed accurately and displayed to support an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor while coordinating deliveries and assisting with customer pickups.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
- Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
- Accurately tag and label merchandise for precise inventory tracking.
- Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles.
- Move product seamlessly from delivery to placement on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
- Capability to maneuver throughout sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks.
- Willingness to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
