Summary

The Keyholder helps drive sales and profit by engaging customers and supporting merchandising efficiency. The role delivers friendly, helpful customer service while supporting store operations and providing oversight during opening and closing when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms; process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom areas while protecting company assets and following operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental oversight when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
