Outlet Keyholder - Support - Bergen Town Center

Summary

The Outlet Keyholder - Support assists store leadership with opening and closing procedures, ensures operational readiness, and helps deliver excellent customer service at the Bergen Town Center outlet. The role supports sales floor activity, merchandising, and loss prevention while maintaining store standards. The keyholder acts as a point of contact for customers and team members during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store following company cash handling and security procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues on the sales floor.
• Support visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining product presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assist with loss prevention efforts and follow all safety and operational policies.
• Collaborate with management on staff coverage, shift communication, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to follow cash handling and security procedures.
