Registry Supervisor - Short Hills

Summary

Lead the store registry team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive registry sales. Oversee daily registry operations including consultations, registry maintenance, and associate scheduling. Act as a resource for product knowledge and handle escalated guest issues to ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop registry associates to meet performance and service standards.
• Provide personalized registry consultations and ensure timely follow-up with guests.
• Manage registry systems, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with store operations.
• Drive sales and conversion goals through merchandising, cross-selling, and guest engagement.
• Prepare associate schedules and ensure adequate coverage for peak periods including weekends and holidays.
• Handle escalated guest concerns, returns, and special requests professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and coach a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and registry software or the aptitude to learn quickly.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus.
