Outlet Keyholder - Support - Sawgrass Mills

Summary

The Outlet Keyholder supports sales, customer engagement, and merchandising efficiency while providing friendly, helpful service. The role also supports store operations and provides supplemental oversight during opening and closing procedures when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Complete register transactions, including sales, returns, payments, and cash counts.
• Process merchandise, price changes, damages, and stock receipts and dispatches.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe selling floor and stockroom areas.
• Protect company assets and support opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
