Summary

The Receiving Associate supports efficient processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise and supplies. The role maintains organized stockroom standards and helps prepare merchandise for the sales floor while supporting a positive customer experience when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, and prepare merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, process price changes and damages, and record deliveries.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom.
• Follow operational procedures for asset protection, risk management, receiving, and merchandise processing.
• Assist selling team members in providing a positive customer experience as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and multiple technology devices.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
