Summary

The Receiving Associate processes incoming and outgoing merchandise and supplies to support sales and maintain efficient stockroom operations. The role prepares merchandise for the sales floor and helps uphold organized, clean, and safe receiving areas.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, process price changes and damages, and record trailer deliveries.
• Maintain organized stockroom space and follow asset protection, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support selling team members in providing a positive customer experience when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfort using computers and handheld technology.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
