Responsibilities

• Engage and educate customers on products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship
• Provide personalized service to support informed purchasing decisions
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions
• Maintain expert knowledge of assortment, services, and store policies
• Uphold merchandise presentation and store appearance to reflect brand aesthetic
• Drive sales performance and contribute to team goals
• Partner with team members across the store to ensure customer needs are met
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
• Capable of prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
