Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through professional communication and a brand-reflective presence
• Engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to support purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the RH aesthetic
• Accurately process sales transactions and contribute to team sales goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged standing and other physical tasks required on the sales floor
