Summary

The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized service and an elevated customer experience in a luxury home furnishings outlet. This role builds product expertise, supports sales goals, and helps ensure the store reflects the brand's design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional communication and exceptional customer service.
• Engage and educate customers about products, craftsmanship, services, and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Keep merchandise presentation and store appearance aligned with brand standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing.
