The Outlet Sales Associate delivers personalized customer service and supports sales performance in a luxury home furnishings outlet. This role represents the brand, builds customer relationships, and shares product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional communication, a polished presence, and exceptional service.
• Engage and educate customers about products, features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the product assortment, services, and policies.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the brand aesthetic.
• Process sales transactions accurately and contribute to team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven ability to exceed sales objectives through relationship-driven selling and product expertise.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform the physical activities required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
