Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

The Outlet Sales Leader leads a results-driven sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales and margin goals. This role drives sales excellence, develops customer relationships, and upholds the brand's elevated standards.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, monitor performance indicators, and implement strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Manage ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns.
• Build client outreach lists and foster relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interaction standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and uphold safety, inventory, operational, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in home furnishings.
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets through leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work across all operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
