Lead a high energy sales team at the outlet to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining elevated brand and visual standards. Partner with cross functional teams to execute pricing, markdowns, and operational initiatives that support revenue and margin goals.
Responsibilities
- Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Train and develop team members in product knowledge and selling techniques
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns per company standards
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
- Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to uphold brand standards
- Coordinate with cross functional teams on sales operations and customer service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
- Perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs using proper equipment and techniques
- Capacity for prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
