Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate at the Cary Outlet is responsible for accurately receiving and processing inventory, moving merchandise from delivery to storage and the sales floor, and maintaining a safe, organized environment that reflects brand standards. This hands-on role supports customer pickups and ensures merchandise is properly tagged and tracked. The position requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle heavy items while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
