Pt Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate is an in-store role responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and assisting the sales floor. This primarily non-selling position helps ensure inventory accuracy, store presentation, and timely replenishment and may be offered full-time or part-time depending on business needs. The role requires flexibility to support both front- and back-of-house functions and to prioritize customer experience while completing operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight to meet units-per-hour goals, including markups, markdowns, tagging, and retickets
• Inspect deliveries for damage, verify packaging, and ensure proper sensor/RFID/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage Ship-to-Home orders and store-to-store transfers
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist Brand Ambassadors and provide customer service when on the sales floor; process transactions and returns as needed

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar retail experience preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store personnel and assist customers
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and climbing as required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts or travel
• Familiarity with inventory systems and ability to perform RFID scans and stockroom organization tasks
