Support Associate

Summary

The Operations Support Associate is an in-store, non-selling role focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining stockroom and sales floor inventory, executing RFID scans and supporting visual merchandising and customer needs as required. This position supports store standards and helps enable efficient replenishment and presentation for the selling team.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and merchandise per company guidelines, including markups/markdowns, reticketing, and RFID tagging
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify packaging and sensor/tag placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment activities
• Manage ship-to-home orders and store-to-store transfers and complete stock room resets
• Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and maintaining presentation standards
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions and customer needs when working on the sales floor

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar retail operations experience preferred, especially in high-volume or specialty environments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., climb, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
• Comfort using inventory systems and executing RFID scans and processing replenishment tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with store team members
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel
