Summary

Play a hands-on role in receiving, organizing, and moving merchandise at the Foxborough outlet to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position balances stockroom and sales floor responsibilities, including processing shipments, tagging inventory, and preparing customer pickups while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Move merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment
• Capable of prolonged standing and physical activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
