Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and staging merchandise to ensure products are accurately tracked and presented on the sales floor. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor, moving and preparing items while maintaining an organized, safe environment. The associate supports customer pickups and assists with efficient loading and inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Tag and label merchandise to support accurate inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
