Summary

The Stock Associate supports store operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the stockroom, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role involves receiving shipments, verifying invoices, and assisting with inventory counts and loss prevention. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a passion for the brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and verify accuracy against invoices
• Organize and store inventory in the stockroom with proper labeling and placement
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels
• Assist in inventory counts and support loss prevention efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free stockroom
• Follow procedures for handling damaged or defective merchandise and fulfill stock requests from sales staff

Requirements

• Passion for premium denim and the brand; act as a brand ambassador
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales associates and managers
• Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Availability for part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail hours
