Outlet Stock Associate - Rockville Outlet

Summary

Perform hands on receiving and stocking duties to ensure merchandise is processed accurately and presented to support an elevated customer experience at the outlet. The role requires moving products from delivery to storage and sales floor while maintaining safety and organization. Candidates will work in a fast paced environment and collaborate with team members to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
• Move product between stockroom and sales floor as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
