Outlet Stock Associate - San Diego Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, ensuring inventory accuracy and a well-presented retail environment. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to support customer pickups, maintain organization, and uphold safety standards. The associate must be detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; prior stock receiving experience preferred
• Proven ability to follow and uphold safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment
