Receiving Support Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

Responsible for supporting back-of-house receiving and inventory processes at a mall retail location. Works with incoming merchandise to inspect, unpack, label, and stage product for the sales floor. Ensures shipment accuracy and maintains organization of the stockroom and receiving area. This part-time role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Unpack, sort, label, and stage merchandise for merchandising or storage
• Verify counts and report discrepancies to management
• Move product between receiving area, stockroom, and sales floor using carts and hand trucks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and receiving area

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail receiving, stock, or warehouse operations
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Basic inventory, barcode scanning, and record-keeping skills
• Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
