The Receiving Support Associate at Fashion Valley assists with inbound merchandise processing and stockroom organization for the store. This full-time, store-based role focuses on receiving, inspecting, tagging, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against invoices and packing lists.
• Unpack, sort, price and tag merchandise and prepare items for staging or stocking.
• Transport merchandise between dock, stockroom and sales floor using carts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain organized stockroom, accurate inventory records and proper labeling.
• Follow loss prevention and safety protocols and report damaged or missing items.
• Assist sales team with replenishment and customer requests as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail receiving, stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Basic math skills and experience with inventory or point-of-sale systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
