Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a dynamic performance driven culture
- Manage team member lifecycle including hiring, development, performance management, and transitions
- Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and Outlet vision
- Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Identify and communicate business opportunities to drive results
- Support and implement initiatives and rollouts with follow up and feedback
- Represent the brand with professionalism and strong personal presentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire team members
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Ability to travel periodically including extended trips as needed
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
