• Live and promote RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams to maintain a positive environment.
• Address human resources concerns in collaboration with Field Leadership and the People Team.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and safety protocols.
• Manage profit protection, risk management, and inventory controls.
• Analyze business opportunities to achieve outstanding results.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with technology such as iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to travel occasionally and lift items up to 50 lbs.
