Summary

Manage daily operations of the outlet store at Metro Pointe, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer experience while meeting sales and profitability targets. Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and store presentation to align with brand standards. Provide coaching and development to store staff and represent the company within the shopping center.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements
