Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and easy to shop.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor, including tagging and ticketing, and recover merchandise by folding, straightening, and sizing items.
• Follow operational procedures and protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort using computers and handheld electronic equipment.
