Full time Outlet Team Associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations at the outlet location in Rosemont. Role includes assisting customers, maintaining merchandise presentation, and working collaboratively with the store team to meet sales goals. Position requires flexibility for retail hours and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Operate point of sale and process transactions accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and keep sales floor organized
• Receive and unpack shipments and restock merchandise
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
• Work collaboratively with team to achieve store sales targets
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Reliable and punctual with a customer focused attitude
