Summary
The PO Analyst supports distributor order processing to align supply with business forecasts and financial guidelines. This role partners with replenishment and distributor teams to monitor transportation, optimize order flow, and ensure accurate delivery while working in a hybrid NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Act as representative of Replenishment Manager to distributors within defined scope
- Monitor and action transportation performance for domestic and international flows
- Execute supply and financial strategy including pre PI and landing activities
- Communicate sales targets and coordinate with commercial teams and distributors
- Analyze distributor forecasts and prescribe necessary supply to meet business forecast
- Build and maintain partnerships with distributors to plan monthly order flow
- Optimize route to market and implement sourcing and order exception efficiencies
- Analyze product availability and recommend order adjustments for seasonal and new product programs
- Control delivery accuracy and resolve order issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience in operations or supply chain
- Experience working with distributors in a B2B environment
- Understanding of supply chain mechanics and three-tier wine and spirits system preferred
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills
- Organized, autonomous, and detail oriented
- Experience with APO Power BI Excel and Anaplan preferred
