PR and Communications Manager

As a PR and Communications Manager at Balenciaga, you will be responsible for all communications-related activities across the Americas, including marketing, advertising, events, and public relations. Your role is to create and maintain a favorable public image for Balenciaga in the region, ensuring synergy across all brand communications and marketing activations.

• Develop and implement seasonal strategies to promote a positive brand image in the Americas.
• Manage all public relations activities and ensure brand presence in key digital and print titles.
• Oversee event programming, including location scouting and logistics.
• Manage internal communications and support global brand partnerships.
• Support retail marketing efforts and paid media strategy.
• Manage department staff and oversee vendor and partner invoice processes.

• 5+ years of experience in communication strategy development and implementation.
• Strong relationships with fashion and cultural industry leaders.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically.
• High understanding of the luxury environment and client orientation.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
