The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while helping achieve sales goals. This customer-focused role supports store initiatives and builds strong customer connections.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Represent Ralph Lauren brand expectations and maintain store and sales floor standards.
• Build customer relationships and clientele, and use alternative shopping and digital product discovery tools.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
