Summary

Part-time Sales Professional focused on delivering exceptional client experiences on the sales floor. This role requires strong selling skills, relationship building, and an enthusiasm for the brand to meet and exceed sales goals while supporting store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and personalized styling to drive sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing correspondence and outreach, including virtual selling.
• Drive full-price volume across key product pillars and support product launches and promotions.
• Assist with inventory, opening and closing duties, special events and store projects as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance, follow store policies, and communicate effectively with management and peers.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or customer-facing experience preferred and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for selling and learning product assortments.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work on the sales floor and use ladders as trained under safety guidelines.
