Shoe Ambassador

Summary

The Shoe Ambassador supports day-to-day sales, client journey, and operational activities for the shoe business within a leased department. The role delivers personalized client service, product expertise, and merchandising support while ensuring POS accuracy and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong brand presence through collaboration and adherence to brand standards.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized service to clients.
• Provide training, styling guidance, and sales support to leased department teams.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and complete opening and closing procedures.
• Process POS transactions accurately and perform sales and banking reconciliation.
• Manage inventory accuracy, shipments, transfers, returns, and stockroom organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail operations, cashier, or sales support experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
