Responsibilities

• Drive sales by focusing on customer needs and achieving sales goals.
• Represent brand standards and support company initiatives, store operations, and team training.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through networking and personalized service.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed.
