Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. The Brand Ambassador drives individual KPIs, demonstrates product knowledge and styling expertise, and contributes to a cohesive team environment. This entry-level role supports customer connections through company programs and helps maintain high store presentation and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain fitting room standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), stock organization and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines for presentation.
• Participate in company trainings and provide product and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, operate a register and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
