Sales Ambassador

Summary

Part-time Sales Ambassadors provide personalized, customer-first service to create an inspiring shopping experience and drive sales. This entry-level retail role supports store initiatives, participates in training, and helps build a clientele while maintaining brand and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver a consistent, on-brand customer experience and focus on customer needs.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use omnichannel tools and technologies to support alternative purchasing and discovery (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home, QR codes, digital catalogs).
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build and maintain a clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Ability to lift or move items up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
