Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while driving sales and supporting the store vision. They leverage digital tools and alternative purchasing options to broaden product discovery and build client relationships, serving as an entry point to future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and proactively focus on the customer to grow business
• Represent and deliver a consistent Ralph Lauren brand experience aligned with store goals
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technologies to support alternative purchasing and digital discovery
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor standards and support merchandising and store presentation

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for multiple hours
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required
