Summary

Provide exemplary customer service and styling guidance to cultivate and grow a customer following both in-store and digitally. Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media while working with the department team to maintain a customer-ready environment. Be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling.
• Use selling tools (text, social media) to connect with and grow customer relationships.
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent service on the customer's terms.
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise, execute price markdowns, and perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and encourage program participation to grow relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed.

• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Organization, follow-through, and willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
