Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and creates a customer-first shopping experience. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support customers with product knowledge, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening or closing duties.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues while sharing customer and product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed.
