Part Time Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience while supporting store performance and visual standards. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as units per hour and data capture.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and styling advice.
• Support fitting room assistance and maintain store standards on the sales floor.
• Execute operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment, and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards following company guidelines.
• Capture customer connections through loyalty or engagement programs.
• Participate in required trainings and contribute feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on the sales floor for extended periods and operate a register.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform stockroom and merchandising tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to follow visual and operational standards and prioritize the customer experience.
