Part Time Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is a part-time retail sales professional responsible for delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets within the Short Hills department shop. This role maintains store presentation and operational standards while building and managing client relationships. The Client Advisor will support special events, inventory activities, and other store initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage communications consistent with brand standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service and maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation.
• Participate in special events, sample sales, physical inventory, and other store projects.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique environment selling high-end goods and serving clientele-oriented sales.
• Availability for open scheduling in a seven-days-a-week retail operation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and merchandising skills.
