Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations informed by customer needs and product knowledge.
• Drive individual and team sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of performance goals.
• Build customer relationships, capture customer data, and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Support colleagues through coaching, training, talent sourcing, and collaboration.
• Maintain store visual standards, follow company policies, and provide feedback to management on category needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement and sales.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
